Amazing experience! My furnace was not working and I called Robert. He came the same day and diagnosed the issue in less than 30 min. The next day he installed a new blower motor and capacitor, and my house was heating again! 10/10 experience.
I called Robert based on neighbor referrals and he responded the same say and restored my ac to full capacity with true professional service. Like many of you, I know what some ac reps will do: try to turn a simple repair into a 30k total system replacement. Not Robert. He restored my 16 yr old system to prime condition at reasonable and fair cost. While this testamonial may sound over the top, it is because as an older generation customer I truly appreciate quality service which is so lacking today. The ac on my bottom floor wasnt cooling. I called DAS and Robert was out the same day to inspect and complete the repairs. He was very efficient and knowledgeable.
